We are partnering with a leading aluminium and facade manufacturer delivering large-scale projects across the GCC. With a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to appoint a Factory / Production Manager to take full control of their manufacturing facility.
The Role
This is a senior, hands-on leadership position where you will be responsible for everything inside the factory – from production output to people management and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
Full responsibility for factory operations and production output
Managing fabrication of aluminium, glazing, and facade systems
Leading production teams, supervisors, and labour workforce
Implementing and improving production processes, workflows, and efficiency
Overseeing quality control and ensuring all products meet project specifications
Managing production planning, scheduling, and deadlines
Controlling costs, waste, and material usage
Ensuring strict adherence to HSE standards
Coordinating with project teams, procurement, and senior management
