We are partnering with a leading aluminium and facade manufacturer delivering large-scale projects across the GCC. With a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to appoint a Factory / Production Manager to take full control of their manufacturing facility.
The Role
This is a senior, hands-on leadership position where you will be responsible for everything inside the factory – from production output to people management and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
• Full responsibility for factory operations and production output
• Managing fabrication of aluminium, glazing, and facade systems
• Leading production teams, supervisors, and labour workforce
• Implementing and improving production processes, workflows, and efficiency
• Overseeing quality control and ensuring all products meet project specifications
• Managing production planning, scheduling, and deadlines
• Controlling costs, waste, and material usage
• Ensuring strict adherence to HSE standards
• Coordinating with project teams, procurement, and senior management
