Job Description
Lead in charge for the Structural Steel fabrication Factory.
Responsible for all steel structure Fabrication and Erection works.
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste, drivingcontinuous improvementinitiatives.
Conduct root cause analysis for production issues, implementing corrective actions to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
Collaborate withcross-functional teams, including design andquality assurance, to ensure manufacturability of new products.
Manage production schedules andresource allocation, balancing demand with capacity to maximize throughput.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess production performance and identify areas for improvement.
Train and mentor production staff on best practices, machinery operation, and safety procedures to foster a skilled workforce.
Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades or replacements to improve production efficiency and reduce downtime.
Develop and maintain documentation for production processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, focusing on waste reduction andprocess optimization.
Proficiency in Steel structure Design, estimation and drawing will be an added advantage for selection.
