As we expand our operations to meet the demands of the UAE’s rapidly growing real estate and infrastructure landscape, we are seeking a skilled and driven Production Engineer to join our Aluminium & Facade division.
Role Overview
The Production Engineer will oversee and optimize the fabrication, assembly, and production processes for aluminium profiles, glazing systems, and facade components. The role requires a hands-on leader who can drive quality, efficiency, and safety on the production floor while ensuring delivery timelines are met for prestigious projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day production operations for aluminium fabrication, glazing, and facade system manufacturing
- Plan, schedule, and monitor production workflows to meet project delivery milestones and client requirements
- Interpret and implement engineering drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications for aluminium and facade systems
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project management teams to align production plans with project scopes
- Supervise and mentor production team members, ensuring adherence to quality standards and HSE protocols
- Monitor and control material usage, cutting lists, and inventory to minimize waste and optimize costs
- Conduct quality inspections at each production stage to ensure products meet Euro Systems® standards and client specifications
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Liaise with procurement for timely sourcing of aluminium profiles, hardware, glass, and consumables
- Ensure CNC machines, cutting equipment, and tooling are maintained in optimal condition
- Maintain accurate production records and present daily/weekly KPI reports to management
- Ensure full compliance with local authority regulations, ISO standards, and company quality management systems
- Support the site installation team by resolving fabrication-related technical queries during project execution
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline
- Certification in production management, ISO 9001, or lean manufacturing is an advantage
Experience
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role within the aluminium and facade industry
- Hands-on experience with aluminium profile fabrication, curtain wall systems, glazing, cladding, and architectural facade manufacturing
- Previous GCC market experience (UAE/KSA/Qatar) is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Euro Systems®, Schüco, Aluk, Technal, or equivalent aluminium system brands is an advantage
Technical Skills
- Proficient in reading engineering and shop drawings (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent)
- Working knowledge of CNC cutting machines, crimping, drilling, and assembly equipment for aluminium systems
- Solid understanding of quality control standards for facade and aluminium works (ASTM, BS/EN standards)
- Familiarity with ERP or production management software
- Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for production tracking and reporting

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with ability to motivate a multicultural workforce
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced production environment
- High attention to detail with commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred
