Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage the manufacturing and assembly of our smart homes Similar to Caravan Homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in prefabrication, modular construction, or manufacturing and will ensure smooth operations, quality control, and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines.
Manage raw material sourcing, inventory, and supply chain coordination.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Lead and supervise the production team, providing guidance and performance evaluation.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and procurement teams for seamless execution.
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and optimize workflow.
Implement cost-effective manufacturing solutions without compromising quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in manufacturing, prefabrication, or construction.
Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality control.
Experience in modular home or prefabricated building production is a plus.
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
