Support the Production Planner to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient manufacturing operations. Ideal for organized, safety-focused candidates with basic manufacturing experience.
Job Description
- Assist with daily/weekly/monthly schedules; monitor progress and adjust to meet deadlines.
- Ensure PPE availability; oversee workplace safety and deliver safety training.
- Maintain production records; report on output, material use, and downtime; support analysis.
- Support lean initiatives, reduce waste, and help implement corrective actions.
- Collaboration & admin:
Coordinate with procurement, QC, logistics; update planning documents and handle routine correspondence.
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Excel, experience with SAP and HERMES preferred.
- Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and basic manufacturing knowledge.
- 1–3 years in production or manufacturing support preferred.
- Emirati nationals with a valid Family-Book
- High school/Diploma/ bachelor’s degree
- Either full-time or part-time employment
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
