Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) – Dammam & Jeddah

The Position
Galadari Saudi Industrial Co. (GSIC) is looking for experienced Product Support Sales Representatives (PSSR) to join our teams in Dammam and Jeddah. If you have a strong technical background in truck spare parts and heavy commercial vehicles, along with a passion for sales and customer support, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert support and technical guidance to customers on truck spare parts and service solutions.
Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent service and aftersales support.
Work closely with workshop and service teams to ensure timely parts availability andorder fulfillment.
Assist customers with parts identification, quotations, and technical inquiries.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in truck spare parts & heavy commercial vehicles is essential.
Strong technical knowledge of spare parts, servicing, and repairs.
Excellent sales, customer service, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in afast-paced environment.
Proficiency in handling parts sales systems andinventory management.
A valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
