We are seeking a Product Specialist to support the development, enhancement, and success of digital products and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to ensure products meet business objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- :Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- .Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, UX/UI Designers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle
- .Support product planning, roadmap execution, and feature prioritization
- .Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback assessments
- .Translate business needs into clear user stories and product requirements
- .Participate in product testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release activities
- .Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization
- .Prepare product documentation, presentations, reports, and training materials
- .Support stakeholders and users by providing product knowledge and guidance
- .Contribute to product improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects

Requirement
- s:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology, or a related fiel
