Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Product Specialist Hematology to be located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Summary of the Job:
The main task of a Product Specialist is to represent Johnson & Johnson in front of healthcare professionals, ensuring our products are used based on their own merit and according to their clinical indications.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maximize Patient share of assigned products through understanding the patient pathway.
A multichannel approach to reach out to HCPs (face to face, Email, Phone call, etc.)
Achieving market share target for the assigned territory.
Promote Johnson & Johnson’s image as a scientific transformational digital innovator.
Develop and maintain long-term engagements with customers/stakeholders.
Ensure execution excellence through fulfilling allCustomer InteractionExcellence (CIE) index and KPIs.
Maintain updated knowledge of disease areas, products, and competitors.
Compliance with set guidelines, policies, and SOPs of J&J and local regulation.
Main performance measures:
Self-discipline, result-oriented.
Demonstratingleadershipand Credo imperatives competence.
Qualifications:
Graduate of medical sciences background (Medical
– Dentistry-Veterinary-Pharmacy).
Minimum of 2 years of Pharmaceutical experience within a multinational company.
Digital knowledge is an advantage.
Experience in Oncology/Hematology is an advantage.
Language:
Fluency in English.
