Drive the overall growth of Equities, Structured Products, and Derivatives business for the Dubai branch by being the primary contact for key stakeholders of the Bank.
Serve as a dedicated advisory resource for Equities, Structured Products, and Derivatives, conducting joint calls and meetings with end clients.
Provide proactive advisory solutions to internal sales teams and end clients to add value, optimize portfolio performance, manage risk, and enhance profitability.
Deliver key financial metrics while adhering to risk and control guidelines.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Originate actionable investment ideas aligned with Bank of Singapore research views, incorporating market knowledge and flows.
Collaborate with the Equities and Structured Products teams in Singapore and Hong Kong to generate advisory content.
Communicate market information and investment ideas effectively to internal stakeholders and clients.
Drive business initiatives and process improvements for Equities, Structured Products, and Derivatives in Dubai.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with front office sales teams, providing presentations and training as needed.
Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies, including cross-border guidelines.
Client Interaction
:
Design customized financial solutions based on client investment objectives and risk appetite, collaborating with Relationship Managers. Clearly communicate investment recommendations and associated risks.
Utilize
sales techniques
and relationship-building skills to promote client engagement and investment activity within asset classes.
Special
Duties
:
Lead Market-specific Business Initiatives (IAS) for equities, structured products, and derivatives; support and facilitate business from other branches during Dubai’s time zone; organize trainings, conferences, and client events.
Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 8+ years relevant experience.
Ability to analyze fundamental and technical factors affecting asset classes.
Experience working with relationship managers and high-net-worth trading clients is advantageous.
