About the Role
Jamjoom Medical Industries is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Product Specialist to join our team in Khobar. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting company products, building strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and supporting sales growth in the assigned market.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and present the company’s products to customers in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion.
- Manage assigned accounts and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Follow up on customer requirements, orders, and collections.
- Maintain accurate customer records and market updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments and submit regular sales and activity reports.
- Provide product training and support to customers when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 0–3 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and target driven.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Valid driving license and own car.
- Willingness to travel as needed
