We are seeking an experienced Micros Simphony Product Specialist to design, implement, and support Simphony solutions within the hospitality or retail sectors. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Simphony architecture, configuration, integration, and API management, with a proven track record in multi-property deployments.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in Oracle Micros Simphony architecture, API integrations, and data flow design.
Experience in designing scalable systems and creating solution/integration documents.
Strong presentation and communication skills for pre-sales support.
In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry standards and compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent technical qualifications.
Proven experience in Simphony Point of Service implementation across multi-property environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop Simphony architecture for client properties.
Lead configuration, workshop sessions, and ensure alignment with client needs.
Execute technical implementations, including hierarchy, zone configurations, and system setups.
Provide pre-sales support and on-site, telephonic, or remote troubleshooting assistance.
Log, track, and resolve support issues promptly.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Micros Simphony.
Familiarity with Inventory Management and Gift & Loyalty systems is a plus.
Experience in hybrid environments, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
IT background with a solid understanding of networking.
Strong technical documentation skills.
Fluency in English;
Arabic is a plus
