We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer / Site Foreman to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate site activities and workforce to ensure efficient and timely execution of work.
Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily reports.
Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed on-site.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Assist in site inspections and quality control checks.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment required on-site.
Report issues or delays to the Project Manager promptly.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred for Site Engineer).
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
Proven ability to manage time and resources effectively.
Familiarity with project management software/tools
