We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in Retail Banking, specifically in Cards (Credit/Debit) and Mortgage/Loan products. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, define business requirements, manage the product backlog, and collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery squads to deliver customer-centric banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog for Cards and Mortgage products.
- Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with business, operations, compliance, and technology teams to deliver digital banking initiatives.
- Drive product enhancements, process improvements, and customer experience initiatives.
- Ensure solutions align with regulatory, risk, and operational requirements.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Banking/Financial Services.
- Strong domain expertise in Retail Banking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Mortgage, Home Loans, and Lending Products.
- Hands-on experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills.
- Experience with digital banking and customer-facing platforms is preferred.
