Position: Product Marketing Specialist (MEA Region)
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to support and drive product marketing initiatives across the MEA region. This role requires both strong execution and growing ownership in building campaigns, enabling go-to-market (GTM) activities, and coordinating across regional teams.
Product Marketing & Campaign Support
- Support and gradually take ownership of regional product marketing campaigns
- Translate product strategies into clear marketing messaging and plans
- Proactively propose campaign ideas, not just execute assigned tasks
GTM & Regional Coordination
- Develop product marketing materials
- Support country-level GTM activities
- Ensure alignment between regional strategy and local execution
Campaign Execution & Integration
- Support integration of online and offline marketing channels
Market Feedback & Data Support
- Collect and consolidate market feedback from countries
- Support campaign performance tracking and reporting
- Provide input for product and marketing optimization
What We’re Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, or regional marketing
- Strong execution skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
- Experience in security, surveillance, IoT, or related industries
- Experience in regional or multi-country marketing (MEA preferred)
- Exposure to product marketing or solution marketing
- Should have ownership mindset, structured thinking, proactiveness, collaboration skills and learning agility.
