Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Marketing Manager located in Dubai. The Product Marketing Manager will lead market research efforts and devise go-to-market strategies to support product launches and business growth. Key responsibilities include collaborating with sales and product management teams, delivering strategic marketing plans, and creating customer-focused campaigns to drive product success and adoption. Effective communication and alignment with cross-functional teams will be critical in achieving company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) is mandatory
- Proven experience working in veterinary companies, animal health, or veterinary pharmaceutical/product environments is required
- Strong expertise in market research, with the ability to analyze industry trends and identify growth opportunities within the veterinary sector
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, ensuring effective product positioning and successful product launches
- Experience collaborating closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives and drive business growth
- Solid understanding of product management, with the ability to act as a bridge between technical, marketing, and commercial teams
- Hands-on experience in product marketing, including planning and executing campaigns to drive product awareness and adoption
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms is preferred
