Job Description
Synopsis
Responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and performance of Etihad’s Mobile App portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, Digital, the role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle of customer-facing mobile experiences, partnering closely with technology, UX, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and commercial outcomes.
Accountabilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Etihad’s mobile applications.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, and optimization.
- Collaborate with UX, engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-performing mobile experiences.
- Drive Agile product delivery, managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and release planning.
- Leverage customer insights, analytics, market trends, and competitive benchmarking to inform product decisions.
- Monitor product KPIs, adoption, engagement, and customer feedback to continuously improve the mobile experience.
- Manage third-party vendors and technology partners to ensure successful product delivery and operational excellence.
- Act as the voice of the customer, balancing user needs with business objectives and technical considerations.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years managing mobile app products at scale.
- Proven success launching and growing customer-facing mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.
- Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems, customer journeys, app analytics, mobile UX, and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience working with mobile development teams using native (iOS, Android) and/or cross-platform technologies such as Flutter or React Native.
- Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Airline, travel, aviation, loyalty, e-commerce, or other consumer digital experience preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience working within Agile environments, including SAFe and Scrum.
