Overview:
The Product Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our e-commerce products, from conceptualization to launch and post-launch analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales and customer service, to ensure product success and alignment with user needs and business goals. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy, defining roadmaps and driving the execution of initiatives that enhance customer experience and achieve business goals.
Job Duties & Responsibility:
Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and market opportunities.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify user needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align product requirements, scope and success metrics.
Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Define and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate product success and inform future product decisions.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to evaluate success and identify opportunities for improvement.
Gather and incorporate feedback from customers and internal teams to continually improve product offerings.
Lead and inspire a team of product owners and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within the e-commerce industry.
Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong leadership skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
