Role Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber, high-agency Senior Product Manager to lead the next evolution of our FinTech ecosystem, a Product Manager who understands the delicate balance of regulatory compliance, financial architecture, and cutting-edge technology.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in FinTech and is already experimenting with how AI tools, AI Agents, and Generative AI can optimize the user journey or internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex FinTech products, from discovery to post-launch optimization.
- FinTech Excellence: Navigate complex financial workflows (e.g., lending, payments, supply chain finance, or wealth management) while ensuring seamless UX.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Business teams to ensure products are both innovative and compliant.
- Data-Driven Discovery: Use quantitative and qualitative data to validate hypotheses and measure the success of product iterations.
- AI Integration: Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI agents and tools to automate manual financial processes or enhance personalization. –> This is a plus
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ Years of PM Experience: A solid foundation in product management, specifically within the SaaS or financial services space.
- Deep FinTech Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the mechanics of the financial industry (API integrations, ledger systems, risk scoring, or regulatory frameworks).
- The "AI Edge" (Strong Plus): Demonstrated experience or a strong portfolio of use cases where you have adopted emerging AI tools (e.g., OpenAI API, Claude…etc) to solve product problems.
- Technical Fluency: Ability to engage in deep technical discussions with engineers about system architecture and data privacy.
- Execution Power: A "builder" mindset with a history of taking a product from 0 to 1 or scaling a product from 1 to 10.
