ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Executive to manage end-to-end purchasing, vendor coordination, and inventory planning across our SMB (Channel), VAD (Corporate), and Retail business segments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid grasp of key product and purchasing KPIs, and the ability to work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive product performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Purchasing & Vendor Management
▸ Manage end-to-end purchasing activities across assigned product categories.
▸ Coordinate with vendors on ordering, pricing, and supply timelines.
▸ Support purchase planning aligned with demand forecasts and sales targets.

Inventory & Demand Planning
▸ Monitor inventory levels and stock turnover across business segments.
▸ Support demand forecasting to maintain optimal stock availability.
▸ Track forecast accuracy and adjust purchasing plans accordingly.

Product & Pricing Management
▸ Update product pricing in line with market conditions and margin targets.
▸ Monitor product performance and gross margin across categories.
▸ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform product decisions.

Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination
▸ Prepare sales and purchasing reports for management review.
▸ Work with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support product initiatives.
▸ Drive product performance across SMB (Channel), VAD (Corporate), and Retail segments.

REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS

▸ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Executive.
▸ Bachelor’s degree required.
▸ Experience in purchasing, vendor management, demand forecasting, and inventory planning.
▸ Strong understanding of key KPIs: Vendor Management, Stock Turnover, Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Management, Pricing Strategy, Gross Margin, Product Performance, and Purchase Planning.
▸ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
▸ Strong analytical, reporting, presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities. ▸ Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
▸ Experience in IT Distribution or the Technology industry, with exposure to the UAE market, is a strong advantage.
