Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Engineer to lead product development initiatives from concept through production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that meet business goals and technical requirements. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, quality, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead product development projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage communication between stakeholders.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and design reviews.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support prototyping, testing, validation, and transition to mass production.
• Continuously drive process improvements and innovation in product development.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• 3+ years of experience in product development and project management.
• Strong knowledge of product design principles, manufacturing processes, and quality systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CAD software and project management tools.
• PMP certification is a plus.
