About this Position This PD Development Chemist – UAE National Intern role is part of a two-year UAE National Program, designed to provide hands-on experience in product development, analytical testing, and method validation. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to real-world R&D processes while developing technical and problem-solving skills.
What You´ll Do
Ensure that tests are performed with accuracy, completeness and in compliance with the established standards.
Work alongside the process chemistry and production teams to develop and validate appropriate analytical methods.
Actively participate in troubleshooting efforts to resolve scientific challenges and root cause analysis.
Prepare method validation and/or method transfer protocols and reports.
Liaise effectively with all other internal departments.
Interface with external sources as well internal sources to foster and create optimum working environment and to maximize resources.
What makes you a good fit
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related technical field.
Basic knowledge of testing standards and methodologies is a plus.
Interest in sustainability and its role in product development and social responsibility.
Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently when needed.
