Product Development and Design Expert Jobs in Doha at QSafe
We are seeking a creative and experienced Product Development and Design Expert to join our textile manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative textile products, creating designs based on market trends and customer requirements, and coordinating with production teams to ensure high-quality and cost-effective manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new textile products and collections in line with market trends and customer demands.
- Create and modify product designs, patterns, color combinations, and fabric specifications.
- Conduct research on materials, fabrics, and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and procurement teams to ensure product feasibility and timely delivery.
- Prepare technical specifications, samples, and prototypes for new products.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate with clients and sales teams to understand requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing processes.
- Maintain records of product development activities and design documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and innovation within the factory.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, Product Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in textile product development and design.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, yarns, dyeing, printing, and garment manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD, or similar tools.
- Excellent creativity, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- GCC experience is preferred.
