Madad is a fintech startup transforming MSME financing in Qatar. Our vision is to unlock the financial potential of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). We are starting as a tech-enabled invoice discounting platform, enabling small businesses to access fast, hassle-free funding. We are a part of the Qatar Central Bank Regulatory Sandbox.
Backed by deep expertise in finance and B2B technology, we are on a mission to empower MSMEs—helping them grow, thrive, and contribute to Qatar’s economic diversification. We combine cutting-edge technology with smart risk assessment to create a seamless, transparent, and efficient financing experience.

2. What will you be working on?
2a. Develop and own design strategies
Design products with focus on aesthetics, usability and functionality.
Promote and own user-centred design approach.
Develop scalable and consistent design systems with best practices.
Work with product development, marketing and other teams to ensure the right design language across.
2b. Conduct Research
Conduct user research, develop personas, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Enable usability testing and data-driven design decision making.
Stay close to user behaviour and feedback to continuously evolve the design.
Measure the UX impacts using qualitative and quantitative methods.
2c. Bring fresh and innovative designs
Stay updated on the design trends, emerging technologies and best practices.
Bring fresh and innovative design ideas and solutions.
Effectively communicate the rationale and decisions across internal teams and external stakeholders.

4. What skill sets are needed to be successful at this role?

5. What are the required education and experience backgrounds?
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, demonstrating expertise in user-centered design principles.
Has 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Has worked in a technology company that has tech-product as main business.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects from concept to delivery.
Deep knowledge of design tools like Figma and prototyping tools like InVision.
Should have worked extensively on wire framing, interactive design and visual design.
