Job Description Summary

Surgery Modality Field focused job where customer centricity is the priority. The employee’s responsibility covers serving different categories of surgery modality customers including commercial, marketing, clinical support, sales demoing, and trainings. The job is designed to contribute to the whole Saudi Arabia surgery market.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Increase orders, sales, margin, and share through world‑class clinical consulting, strong customer relationships, and educational support for the regional sales team, local/national show sites, and the regional customer base.
  • Initiate, create, and lead the pre‑sales demo sessions professionally inside and outside operating theaters.
  • Respond immediately to customer requests including but not limited to training requests (post‑sales), remote support, and marketing presentations/trainings.
  • Increase awareness about the GEHC surgery portfolio clinical strength through professional marketing campaigns, activities, and roadshows.
  • Enhance surgery visibility in the region via customer‑direct and indirect approaches through account managers, biomedicals, field engineers, and service colleagues.
  • Accountable to business success from pre‑sales and creating leads until machine delivery and training.
  • Act as a business owner and cooperate with all company divisions and stakeholders to ensure accurate follow‑up and precise execution plans.
  • Utilize in‑depth knowledge of own and others’ sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups and use analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute policy, strategy, or plan.
  • Consult customers clinically and position products efficiently, while being aware of competition and differentiating factors.
  • Propose different solutions to address more complicated day‑to‑day problems with projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers.
  • Prioritize information and use technical experience and analytical thinking for decision‑making.
  • Use multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
  • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience, lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements, and develop skills to bring team members to consensus on topics within the field.
  • Reflect performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Sufficient experience in sales generally and advanced clinical sales specifically.
  • Knowledge level comparable to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (radiology background preferred).
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience with multiple C‑Arms and previous successful demo sessions.
  • Acceptable experience in the Saudi market generally and surgery modality customers specifically.

Compliance

Adheres to and upholds the highest standards of compliance with relevant international and local regulatory and GE Healthcare codes of conduct. Adheres to all applicable GE and GE Healthcare compliance policies, codes, and training requirements. Identifies and reports any quality or compliance concerns and takes immediate corrective action as required.

  • Aware of and complies with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Complete all planned quality and compliance training within the defined deadlines.
  • Maintain knowledge of and understand all applicable global and regional privacy and anti‑competition policies.
  • Maintain knowledge of and understand all applicable environmental health policies (including GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.).
  • Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.
