Role Overview We’re looking for a Product & Visual Designer to shape both our product experience and brand identity. This role blends UI/UX product design with marketing and visual design, making sure every touchpoint—whether in the product or external communications—is visually compelling and user-friendly.
You’ll collaborate with engineers, marketers, and
leadership
to ensure Clear Grid looks and feels top-tier, from product screens to investor decks.
Key Responsibilities
Product UX/UI Design:
Own and refine the user experience across Clear Grid’s web and mobile interfaces.
Visual & Brand Design:
Create marketing assets, landing pages, and investor materials to maintain brand consistency.
Wireframing &
Prototyping
:
Rapidly sketch, wireframe, and prototype ideas for new product features.
User Research & Testing:
Work with data and feedback to refine user flows and optimize experiences.
Collaboration:
Partner with engineers to ensure designs are well-implemented and responsive.
Design Systems:
Establish and maintain design guidelines and reusable components.
What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or visual design.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital products and marketing assets.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and
prototyping
tools.
Ability to work fast, iterate, and handle a mix of product and brand design needs.
Bonus:
