Location: Umm AL Quwain
Requirements:
English (at least Intermediate) + knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian;
at least 1 year’s experience in the gamedev/art industry;
strong knowledge in CRM and time management systems;
the ability to plan, structure, automate your work;
responsibility, organization, punctuality, ability to work in a remote team.
Responsibilities:
systematization of processes within the studio;
planning and control of productions for many customers and teams (more than 120 performers and 20 customers at a time);
setting tasks and interaction with other departments of the company;
working with CRM and communications software (Jira, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Miro, Asana, Slack, etc.);
working with numbers and metrics analysis;
maintenance of project documentation;
quality control of projects;
team development.
Would Be An Advantage:
analytical skills;
experience of working with 2D/3D art projects;
understanding of the process of creating art for games;
passion for games.
