We are looking for a Procurement Specialist who will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, processing purchase orders and invoices, and supporting inventory and logistics operations across multiple entities. This role ensures timely payments, resolves discrepancies, and optimizes procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Management – register and maintain vendor information in Zoho and guide vendors on the invoice submission process.
Follow up on missing invoices and close the open PO’s on a weekly level, check if there are purchases without PO’sÂ
Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts for better prices or more favorable payment terms
Generate, review, and manage POs for various departments, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with vendors.
Collaborate with the Finance team for timely payments, track payment status, and update vendors as needed.
Set up workflow rules in the Vendor Portal for automated reminders and support teams with procurement processes.
Ensure optimal stock levels and streamline shipments across LEORON’s various locations.Â
Recommend new products or services in keeping with industry trends
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in law, business or any other field related to the position.
Proven experience of at least 2 years in procurement roles.
Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Zoho or similar procurement systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
