We are hiring experienced Procurement Officers to support a major FIFA stadium project in Saudi Arabia. The roles are responsible for managing procurement activities for Mechanical, Electrical, and ELV systems, ensuring timely material availability, supplier coordination, cost optimization, and compliance with project specifications and schedules..

Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities for Mechanical, Electrical, or ELV materials and equipment.
- Source qualified suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
- Prepare and evaluate RFQs, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering, commercial, planning, and site teams to ensure timely material delivery.
- Review technical specifications and ensure purchased materials comply with project requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and procurement status.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and commercial conditions with suppliers.
- Maintain procurement records, material tracking, and reporting.
- Support project cost control while ensuring quality and schedule compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Years of experience: Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or ELV systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related discipline.
- Industry exposure: Experience in FIFA stadiums, sports facilities, airports, commercial buildings, or other large-scale MEP/ELV construction projects is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MEP and ELV materials, equipment, and procurement processes.
- Experience with procurement systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of technical specifications, vendor management, and contract administration.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
- CIPS certification or other procurement-related certifications will be an advantage.
