Procurement Officer (FMCG/F&B)- 6 months contract
We are partnering with a well-established organization within the Food & Beverage and FMCG sector to recruit a Procurement Executive for a temporary contract based in Dubai, UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing supplier relationships, purchasing operations, and sourcing activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the timely procurement of goods while supporting operational efficiency and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute day-to-day purchasing activities for food products, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
• Prepare and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Work closely with warehouse, production, and operations teams to maintain stock levels and avoid supply disruptions.
• Track supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality-related issues.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with internal purchasing procedures.
• Contribute to cost optimization and supplier development initiatives.
