We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive IT Project Specialist with a strong passion for digital technology and eCommerce project management. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional problem-solving abilities, expertise in IT project coordination, and the capability to effectively collaborate with development teams to drive successful outcomes.
Contract: Full Time
The salary and classification will be commensurate with the skills and experience of the selected candidate.

Responsibilities:
Implement changes and updates to websites/e-commerce platforms.
Oversee basic website design to ensure consistency and quality.
Manage internal IT projects, coordinating resources and ensuring adherence to timelines.
Research, select, and implement new software/apps according to client needs.
Set up and manage the e-mail marketing platform (Omnisend, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
Keep continuous updates on software and apps used, proposing improvements.
Coordinate the work assigned to developers, ensuring quality and timely deliveries.
Qualifications and experience required:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT sector, specifically within the eCommerce industry.
Proven experience in managing e-commerce websites, preferably on Shopify
Experience in B2B and B2C markets and across diverse industries.
Understanding of UX/UI best practices for digital platforms
Ability to manage digital projects and coordinate work teams.
Logical mindset, excellent problem-solving, and analysis skills to identify and implement effective IT solutions.
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, procedures, and responsibilities
Knowledge of the main email marketing platforms (preferably Omnisend and GetResponse) (Preferred)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
Hours: Monday to Friday. 9:00-13:00 / 14:00-18:00.
Work location: Central Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC)
