Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers and conduct periodic evaluations.
Conduct due diligence and pre-qualification of contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with policies.
Evaluate RFP responses, review bids from technical and commercial perspectives, and support decision-making.
Oversee procurement operations, including documentation, RFP preparation, and contract negotiations.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
Track supply market trends and adjust procurement strategies to align with best practices.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of work experience in procurement.
Certifications (Preferred): SPSM, CPP, or equivalent procurement certifications.
Skills:
Strong understanding of procurement policies, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
