We are Looking for detail-oriented and motivated Procurement Officer to join our team and support the efficient execution of purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and procurement operations.
Location:
2nd Industrial City, Dammam
Key Responsibilities
- Extract reports from ERP and prepare procurement-related reports
- Process Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP and handle all related documentation
- Prepare presentations as required by management
- Maintain accurate and well-organized procurement records
- Support procurement operations and ensure timely processing of requests
- Perform any other duties assigned by Procurement Management
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in procurement or similar role
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
