Procurement Officer Jobs in Doha at Real World Consultancy
We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Officer with expertise in sanitary ware, bathroom products, and building materials. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SAP systems and will be responsible for managing procurement activities, international supplier coordination, and sales order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily procurement and administrative tasks, ensuring timely follow-up on activities.
- Create and manage Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Sales Orders using SAP Business One or SAP HANA.
- Source and evaluate suppliers for sanitary ware and related products, comparing quotations based on price, specifications, and availability.
- Prepare client quotations and commercial offers aligned with project requirements.
- Coordinate with international suppliers regarding pricing, product availability, shipping, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions, including quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless material delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement or sales coordination, particularly within sanitary ware or construction sectors.
- Proficient in SAP Business One or SAP HANA, especially with procurement-related transactions.
- Strong understanding of international procurement processes and supplier coordination.
- Knowledge of sanitary ware and plumbing products is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and documentation practices.
- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
