Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Store Manager with 5 to 6 years of proven experience in retail store management, particularly within the premium home interiors sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a track record of achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Meeting Overall Sales Targets:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
Monitor sales performance and take proactive measures to optimize results.

Visual Merchandising:

Ensure visually appealing displays that showcase our products and enhance the shopping experience.
Implement seasonal and promotional displays to attract customers and drive sales.

Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports:

Prepare and analyze sales and inventory reports to track performance against targets.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Stock Check:

Manage inventory levels effectively to ensure product availability and optimize stock turnover.
Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.

Digital Marketing Oversight:

Monitor and optimize digital marketing efforts.

Organizing Store Events:

Plan and execute events within the store to attract customers and drive sales.

Seasonal and Festival Preparations:

Prepare the store for seasonal and festival periods, including themed displays and promotional activities.
Curate collections and promotions aligned with festive themes and customer preferences.

Staff Management and Development:

Supervise and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills among the team.

Collaboration with External Events:

Identify opportunities to host external events at the store to increase footfall and brand visibility.
Liaise with event organizers and manage event logistics effectively.

Partnerships and Pop-Ups:

Identify and establish partnerships with complementary brands for pop-up events and collaborations.
Negotiate terms and manage relationships with partner brands to enhance store offerings.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Store Manager in a premium retail environment, ideally within the home interiors or similar sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team.
Solid understanding of retail operations, including sales techniques, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
Proficiency in digital marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
