We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely availability of materials and services required for operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the procurement process from sourcing to purchase order issuance and delivery follow-up
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality, pricing, and service terms
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely procurement
Maintain supplier databases, procurement records, and purchase documentation
Compare quotations and prepare cost analyses for management review
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures
Coordinate with finance and suppliers regarding payments, invoices, and delivery schedules
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers
Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement activities within procurement functions
