Maklad Design is an Interior Design & Fit-Out Company looking for a Procurement Officer to join our team in Dubai.
If you have hands-on experience in procurement coordination, supplier management, and material sourcing within an interior and fit-out environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers for interior fit-out materials, FF&E, finishes, joinery, and accessories.
- Prepare and manage purchase requests, purchase orders, and procurement records.
- Conduct price comparisons and support supplier negotiations.
- Track material orders and delivery schedules in coordination with project teams.
- Maintain updated supplier databases and procurement trackers.
- Ensure procurement activities align with project timelines and design requirements.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Monitor procurement status and resolve supply or delivery issues proactively.
- Ensure procurement documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in procurement within an interior design and fit-out company.
- Strong knowledge of FF&E procurement, interior materials, finishes, and joinery.
- Experience in supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, and purchase order management.
- Proficient in MS Excel (SAP experience is an advantage).
