Responsibilities:
Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract agreements.
Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
Monitor market trends and assess risk management strategies.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the UAE. With Oil & Gas Industry.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of procurement regulations and contract management.
