Responsibilities About the Team Procurement aims to provide high-quality purchasing solutions for the company and establish a global platform for purchasing resources. Through providing professional management of procurement resources, selecting high-quality suppliers, and managing supplier performance, we aim to improve the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance of the company’s procurement practices, fostering a sustainable business environment.
Responsibilities Manage category spend and business requests in Europe, Middle East, and Africa, including supplier qualification, selection/sourcing, SOW and SLA, and KPI performance management.
Manage procurement E2E operational activities to handle PR/Acceptance/Payment to suppliers.
Engage with internal stakeholders and ensure internal compliance, cost savings, and
customer satisfaction
.
Collaborate with global and regional teams to continuously optimize procurement processes, ensuring they reflect local situations while delivering efficiency.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 3 years of solid procurement experience with strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Good
communication
, negotiation abilities, and strong data analytical and logical reasoning skills.
Critical and active thinking to embrace change and seek breakthroughs as a change agent.
Outstanding verbal and written
communication skills
to liaise effectively with
diverse
,
cross-functional teams
across multiple time zones.
Ability to manage ambiguity, conflict, and change effectively in a
fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree.
Experience managing a full procurement lifecycle in a global organization.
Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, PMP, Six Sigma).Proven experience as a Procurement Manager in a multinational  knowledge of procurement regulations, best practices, and market trends in the EMEA region.
Familiarity with procurement software such as Ariba and Coupa.
