Procurement Manager – Fit-Out Jobs in الرياض at سرعة التعمير للمقاولات
Speed Construction Contracting is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager – Fit-Out to lead procurement activities for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing construction materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of procurement experience, including at least 5 years in Fit-Out or Interior Contracting projects.
- Proven experience in procuring fit-out materials, including flooring, ceilings, gypsum, paint, doors, glass, aluminum, joinery, marble, furniture, lighting, and MEP-related items.
- Strong network of suppliers and manufacturers within Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and contract administration skills.
- Experience in tendering, supplier evaluation, and cost optimization.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for fit-out projects.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best value.
- Manage RFQs, purchase orders, contracts, and supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure timely material delivery.
- Monitor procurement schedules to meet project timelines.
- Control procurement costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain an approved vendor database.
- Prepare procurement reports and support management with purchasing analysis.
