They are establishing a centralised procurement hub in Dubai to drive sourcing activities, strengthen supplier partnerships, and support regional operations alongside a global vendor base.
Description
Lead end-to-end procurement across either “Subsurface” or “Surface / Infrastructure” categoriesManage sourcing processes including RFQs, RFPs, contract negotiation, and executionBuild and manage supplier relationships across Africa, UAE, Europe, Asia, and the USSupport development of procurement policies, category strategies, and vendor frameworksOversee purchase order lifecycle and coordinate logistics for cross-border deliveryCollaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to align procurement with business needs
Profile
8 to 17 years of procurement experience within upstream oil and gas or oilfield servicesDeep expertise in either “Subsurface” or “Surface / Infrastructure” category procurementExperience working with OFSE suppliers for “Subsurface” or EPC contractors for “Surface / Infrastructure”Strong track record in contract negotiation and supplier managementAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, build-phase environment
