We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Procurement Manager to lead our Procurement initiatives and contribute to the success of our contracting company (Prefabricated Projects). The Procurement Manager will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing comprehensive Procurement strategies to promote our company’s services within the construction, energy, and industrial sectors.
What you’ll do
- Update and manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Deploy strategies agreed by Sourcing Management
- Guarantee balanced workload among the team
- Lead the negotiation with vendors for strategic commodities to secure advantageous terms
- Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients
- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
- Enforce the full utilization of the Company’s systems
- Perform all business in accordance with SOPs and internal regulations
- Perform overall quality control of work procedures (schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on projects status.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any relevant.
- 15 years in SC proven working experience as a Procurement Manager in construction field (Prefabricated Building).
- Basic Project Management Skills.
- Strong communication Skills.
- Ability to write reports.
- Strong analytical skill.
- Strong in MS Office.
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market
- Talent in negotiations and networking
- Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software
- Aptitude in decision making and working with numbers
