Job Role:
Implement procurement strategies and operations within the organization and managing procurement daily operation, Participating, developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures, and drive continuous process improvements including Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and ensures effective supplier management to achieve the organization’s procurement objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Participating and implementing procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain providing good quality materials as per their needs and align them with the organization’s goals
Ensure compliance policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
Oversee procurement operations and optimize processes for efficient procurement execution.
Handling projects with the full cycle of the purchasing request, starting from the sourcing and floating of the RFQ till issuing the PO.
Collaborating with the team of procurement professionals, to provide guidance, and foster their professional growth.
Monitoring supplier performance, addressing any issues, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services will be part of your duties.
Job Specifications:
University Degree in business administration, supply chain management. Or a related filed.
At least 5 years of experience in procurement is preferred in the Telecom field
