Qualifications:

Professional Qualifications/Required Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in offshore oil & gas projects
Experience with in a large multinational project team for at least 5 years
Work experience in structural engineering
Experience in tendering, procurement, and engineering processes
Availability for technical missions worldwide
Familiarity with Total General Specifications, Prodom, MOQ standards, and relevant codes and standards

Main Responsibilities:
Promote and comply with safety instructions and NOC HSE procedures in all EPCIC activities
Ensure work complies with NOC values, policies, laws, regulations, standards, and good industry practices
Follow-up FEED engineering to ensure timely readiness of LLI documents for RFQ
Manage LLI engineering and fabrication processes, including documentation review and interface management
Oversee EPCIC execution, tender preparations, clarification meetings, and bidder evaluations for main EPC subcontracts/POs
Ensure proper execution of EPC subcontracts/POs, coordinate documentation review and surveillance plans
Manage deviations from NOC referential with the Engineering Manager
Monitor and report on procurement activities, including expediting Long Lead and Critical Items
Collaborate with Engineering and QAQC departments on vendor evaluation and audits
Evaluate vendor performance and resolve procurement issues promptly
Participate in spare parts management and procurement activities
Assist in contractor and vendor mobilization
Liaise with the commissioning team for smooth transfer between pre-commissioning and commissioning phases
Address schedule deviations with involved teams to implement remedial actions
Promote a no-change policy to meet budget and schedule constraints without compromising quality and safety
Coordinate with shareholder specialists during all project phases
Assist in technical, commercial, and contractual issues during EPCIC works and liaise with Package Lead
Participate in HAZID/HAZOP and technical review sessions
Support engineering for construction and commissioning teams as needed
Propose solutions to reduce offshore activity durations and optimize processes
Ensure effective coordination within the team on engineering, constructability, and operational matters
Incorporate feedback from previous projects to improve performance
