Key Accountability
To lead strategic procurement and local content initiatives under the Strategic Supply Chain Manager, supporting cross‑purchasing across SBUs, procurement master data governance, supplier development, framework agreements, local content compliance, and strategic sourcing to maximize group value.

– Local Content Strategy Execution
- Implement local content strategies to enhance IKTVA performance and national value creation.
- Develop and qualify local suppliers to strengthen the supply chain ecosystem.

– Compliance & Regulatory Alignment
Ensure adherence to local content regulations and reporting requirements.

– Strategic Procurement & Cross Purchasing
Lead cross‑purchasing initiatives, support framework agreements, strategic sourcing, procurement master data governance, and procurement process improvement.

– Stakeholder Engagement
Engage with internal teams and external entities to support localization initiatives.

– Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor procurement and local content KPIs, prepare spend analysis, dashboards, and executive reports.
Manage supplier performance evaluations, approved vendor governance, supplier qualification, and continuous improvement.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or localization roles, with strong expertise in local content programs, supplier development, and regulatory compliance.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CSCP) are advantageous
