Procurement – Lighting Department Jobs in Dubai at bulb general trading
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Procurement to join our lighting company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for procurement activities, cost estimation, supplier coordination, and can handle operations for lighting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle procurement of lighting materials, accessories, and project requirements
- Prepare BOQs, quotations, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate prices and delivery schedules
- Analyze project specifications and drawings
- Monitor project costs and maintain budget control
- Prepare and evaluate supplier/subcontractor comparisons
- Ensure timely material delivery for projects
- Maintain proper documentation for procurement and project records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or MEP (preferably)
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in Procurement
- Experience in lighting and/or electrical industry is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost estimation
- Good negotiation and supplier management skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD/ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
