Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement strategy for major construction projects.
- Manage sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, negotiations, and supplier selection.
- Develop procurement schedules aligned with project requirements.
- Lead commercial negotiations and supplier/contractor engagement.
- Monitor procurement risks, costs, lead times, and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with client procurement policies and governance.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years’ procurement experience, preferably construction/PMC.
- Strong UAE/GCC experience in major projects.
- Experience in strategic sourcing, tender management, and commercial negotiations.
- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related discipline; CIPS preferred.
