We’re looking for an experienced Procurement Lead to oversee our clients procurement function and drive value across all areas of the business.
About the Role:
As Procurement Lead, you’ll oversee the full procurement cycle, manage vendor relationships, and implement best practices to support the operational and strategic goals of the business. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the procurement function across multiple categories
Negotiate contracts and maintain strong vendor relationships
Ensure procurement policies and processes are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant
Support business growth through strategic sourcing and supplier innovation
Collaborate with leadership teams to align procurement strategies with business goals
Requirements:
Proven experience in a procurement role in Dubai
Strong knowledge of local supplier networks, import/export regulations, and procurement practices
Experience within creative, media, IT or consulting industries is ESSENTIAL
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business
