Job Summary
We are seeking a Procurement Expeditor to monitor and expedite procurement activities for Saudi Aramco EPC projects. The role ensures timely delivery of materials and equipment by coordinating closely with suppliers, procurement teams, and project stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expedite purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers to monitor manufacturing and shipment schedules.
- Track procurement milestones and delivery status.
- Resolve delivery delays and supplier issues.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams.
- Prepare expediting reports and procurement status updates.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco project requirements.
- Maintain accurate procurement and delivery documentation.
Mandatory Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Procurement experience in Saudi Aramco EPC Projects is mandatory.
- Saudi Aramco approval is preferred.
- Experience in procurement follow-up, supplier coordination, and material expediting.
