About the Client:
A one stop shop for all contracting & fit out services, based in Dubai.
Job Description:
• Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions and procurement documentation, ensuring accuracy and proper records.
• Source and coordinate with suppliers/vendors, obtain quotations, follow up orders and ensure materials/services are delivered on time.
• Support vendor evaluation, price negotiations and cost analysis, including verification of invoices, pricing and product specifications.
• Coordinate purchasing requirements with internal departments while monitoring inventory/stock levels and resolving supplier or delivery discrepancies.
